Our Team

GENERAL MANAGER, WELLESLEY FARMS HOME CARE

Sue Eng

After a successful career in the business world, I discovered my true calling: supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities as they age gracefully at home. Every day, I am inspired by the opportunity to help people live with dignity, comfort, and independence, surrounded by the people and memories they cherish.

At the heart of my work is building authentic, lasting relationships—with families, referral partners, and our dedicated care team. I lead with empathy, integrity, and a deep respect for the unique journeys of each person we serve. I understand that aging and caregiving come with both challenges and joys, and I strive to be a steady, compassionate guide through every step of the process.

My approach is rooted in open communication, transparency, and a genuine desire to listen and understand. I believe that trust is earned through consistent support, clear information, and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients and their loved ones. As Outreach Manager, I draw on my business acumen and personal passion to connect families with the resources, education, and care they need to thrive at home.

Outside of work, I nurture my own well-being through time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, and mindful reflection. I believe that living a balanced, purpose-driven life allows me to bring my best self to our clients and our community every day.

At Wellesley Farms Home Care, I am honored to be part of a team that puts people first—always. If you have questions or need guidance, I am here to help, every step of the way.

CASE MANAGER, WELLESLEY FARMS HOME CARE

Edilene DeSouza

My journey in health care began with a deeply personal loss: at just 11 years old, I experienced the heartbreak of losing my father to complications from a car accident. That pain shaped my purpose and continues to guide my commitment to compassionate care every single day.

Today, as Case Manager at Wellesley Farms Home Care, I transform that early loss into meaningful action—ensuring every client receives the kind of attentive, heartfelt support I once wished for my own family. Whether I’m training caregivers, developing care plans, or visiting clients in their homes, I strive to honor each person’s story and unique needs.

My professional path has taken me from the maternity wards and palliative care units of Brazilian hospitals to the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, where I was honored with the 2021 Honor of Merit for my service. With degrees in Nursing, Theology, and Hospital Management, I bring a holistic approach to care—addressing not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. I believe that true well-being comes from treating the whole person, and I am dedicated to making every client feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

As a mentor and instructor to more than 100 Certified Nursing Assistants, I am passionate about preparing the next generation of caregivers to see beyond diagnoses—to recognize the dignity, resilience, and humanity in every individual they serve. My goal is to inspire our team to deliver the kind of care that preserves not just health, but also the stories and connections that make life meaningful.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my three children, often on the soccer field, where the bonds of family remind me that healing is as much about connection as it is about medicine.

At Wellesley Farms Home Care, I am honored to walk alongside our clients and their families, offering guidance, empathy, and unwavering support. I believe that true healing begins when we treat the person, not just the illness.

OPERATIONS MANAGER, WELLESLEY FARMS HOME CARE

Chukwudalu Obi

I was born and raised in Nnewi, Nigeria, and I am affectionately known as Chuks. I hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University in Nigeria and a Master’s in Finance from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA.

When I was 18 years old, I was shaken deeply by my father’s unexpected stroke which left him paralyzed on his left side. I have always held the field of healthcare in high regard. Together with my family I contributed to his daily care until he gained his strength back. My father was a successful accountant as was my grandfather before him.

Today, when I’m not analyzing financials, I enjoy listening to music and finding peace in life’s rhythms. I am a dedicated Financial Analyst with a passion for creating financial clarity and stability. At Sudbury River Home Care, I am responsible for financial management of the agency’s accounts, including accounts receivable, and our payroll operations. My expertise ensures that our financial operations enable our company to efficiently and effectively deliver the best care to our clients and their families.

"Bringing order to numbers is not just my profession, but a way to empower organizations to care better for others—because every balance tells a story.”
